Deposit
“Les Jardins de Merida” requires a 50% first payment to secure the booking. Upon receipt of that payment we will confirm your stay.
The balance is due the day of the arrival, with a USD 300 refundable security deposit given back to you at departure upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
“Les Jardins de Merida” can be rented for a minimum 6-nights stay to a long terms rental lease.
Cancellations policy
The deposit is non-refundable if the Client cancels 30 days prior the arrival date.
*Meters are read upon arrival and upon departure.
“Les Jardins de Merida” does not allow pets.
All houses are Non Smoking. Only allowed to smoke in opened areas.
